John Kennedy (Jnr)

Kennedy played in the VFL for Hawthorn Football Club between 1979 and 1991 and appeared in games 241 times, scoring 211 goals.

Stephen Silvagni

Born in 1967, he started professional football in 1985, retiring in 2001. During those years, he played for the Carlton Football Club at the Australian Football League (AFL), recording 312 games while scoring 202 goals. He is regarded as one of the greatest players ever and has been nominated into the Hall of Fame of Australian Football.

Frank Curcio

A Victorian Football League legend, Curcio was at the Fitzroy Lions throughout his career, appearing in 249 games. He was active from 1932 till 1948 and was Captain between 1938 and 1941.

Len Incigneri

Len Incigneri divided his career between South Melbourne and Richmond football clubs, both in the VFL. He was active between 1903 and 1915, featuring in 97 games.

Anthony Koutoufides

Active between 1992 and 2007, Koutoufides is a multiple awards winner, playing a total of 278 but scoring a whopping 226 goals, an amazing feat for someone whose entry in the AFL/VFL Italian Team is that of a half-back.

Alec Epis

Epis played half-back at Essendon Football Club in the VFL between 1958 and 1968, appearing in 180 games, but scoring just two goals.

Ian Stewart

Playing between 1963 and 1975, Stewart spent time at Richmond and St Kilda football clubs, featuring 205 games and finding the net 80 times. He is one of the first players to be inducted into the Hall of Fame of Australian Football in 1996. He is one amongst just four people who have bagged the Brownlow Medal up to a record three times.

Brendan Fevola

Fevola spent almost his career at Carlton, playing between 1999 and 2009, and only spent a year at the Brisbane Lions. Fevola was phenomenal, to state the least. He featured in only 204 games and scored an astounding 623 times.

Saverio Rocc

Rocc spent time in both the AFL and the National Football League in the USA. While in the AFL, he played for North Melbourne and Collingwood, appearing in 257 games while scoring 748 times.

Steven Alessio

Allessio played in Essendon between 1992 and 2003, featuring in 184 games and scoring 193 goals.

Peter Pianto

Pianto was at Geelong between 1951 and 1957 and scoring 144 goals in 121 games.

Peter Matera

Matera played in the ALF for the West Coast Eagles in a career spanning from 1990 to 2002. During this period, he featured 253 times and scored 212 goals. Apart from the VFL/AFL Team, he has been inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame.

Robert DiPierdomenico

Another Hawthorn veteran, DiPierdomenico, was nicknamed Dipper. He played 240 games, netting 130 times between 1975 and 1991. He is also an inductee of the Hall of Fame.

Alan Martello

Martello played mainly for Hawthorn and only spent a couple of years at Richmond. In all, he was active between 1970 and 1983 and appeared 255 times, scoring 167 goals.

Peter Riccardi

Riccardi played for Geelong Football Club between 1992 and 2006, appearing in 288 and scoring an unprecedented 286 times.

Mark Mercuri

Mercuri was at Essendon in the AFL between 1992 and 2004. He had an astounding record, having played 207 games but scoring 242 times.

Phillip Matera

Brother to Peter Matera, he played the entirety of his career at West Coast between 1996 and 2005, appearing in 179 games. He recorded 389 goals.

Mark Riccio

The team captain, he played at Adelaide between 1993 and 2007, playing in 312 games and scoring 292 goals.
